1804323 - Error: "An internal error occured while calling 'answerPromptsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)" when refreshing QaaWS connection with Date type prompt

Symptom

  • A QaaWS is created that contains a prompt accepting Date type values.
  • In the QaaWS client tool, a date prompt value is accepted and the data returns without error.
  • When the QaaWS is called from Dashboard, Web Intelligence, or any SOAP client, an error is returned:

        Error:  "An internal error occured while calling 'answerPromptsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)"
