1804598 - Unable to view the dashboard on iPad after upgrading Dashboards to SP05.

Symptom

  • Dashboards created in SP05, not working on iPad.

Environment

  • BI 4.0 SP05.
  • Dashboards Design 4.0 SP05.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create dashboard in dashboard design.
  2. Save to the CMS as a Mobile and dashboard file/ Mobile file.
  3. Categorize the dashboard in the CMS as "Mobile".
  4. Log into iPad application for SAP BI to view content.
  5. Unable to see the dashboard.

Cause

  • BI Mobi 4.4 app is required to view the Dashboards on iPad.

Resolution

This requires SAP BusinessObjects Mobi 4.4. Download the updated app from iStore. Update the SAP BusinessObjects Mobile to 4.4.
