1804632 - Dump Occurs When Releasing the Production Model for Planning and Execution

1. Go to the Planning and Production Master Data work center.
2. Select the Production Models view.
3. Select the Production Model ID  and choose the Edit button.
4. Select the Check Consistency button, the system shows the production model is consistent.
5. Now select the Run Planning button and choose the option For Planning and Execution from it.
6. The system displays the dump message.

Please follow the below steps in order to resolve the error:

1. Go to the Planning and Production Master Data work center. 
2. Select the Production Bills of Material view.
3. Search for the Bill of Materials ID and select Edit button.
4. In the opened window, go to the Input Products tab, select the corresponding line item and uncheck the Variants check boxes for that input product ID.
5. Add a new line item for the same input product and maintain correct Unit of Measure for it. You have to create a new Engineering Change Order for this Input Product or you can an existing In Process ECO.
6. Choose Save button.
7. Select the line item and choose on ECO button and then select Complete action. Now assign this new line item to variants of the BoM.
8. Check the consistency of the BoM and select Save button.
9. After performing the above steps you will be able to release the Production Model without any issues.
