1804667 - In an Xcelsius dashboard the row of a scorecard cannot be selected

If all rows in a scorecard are empty, and if the scorecard behavior is set to ignore blank cells in rows, the
scorecard is treated as if no rows are available. As a result, you cannot select a row in the "Selected Item"
area.

Business Objects 3.1 SP5.

1. Insert a scorecard component.
2. Map the display data to few columns (even the blank column should be okay).
3. Go to behavior tab of the Scorecard.
4. Check the option "In Rows" in the Ignore blank cell.
5. The option in the "Selected Items" for default selection gets disabled.
