1804994 - Password Self Service and Repository Object Sync does not work against the GRC Foundation System in AC 10

Symptom

The Password Self Service Configuration has been completed on the GRC Foundation system, just as it is configured on the Plug-in system. However the User sync job and the Password Self Service works on the Plug-in system. But when the User sync job is run against the GRC Foundation system, the job fails with the following error: "Error in RFC;'Function module "/GRCPI/GRIA_USR_GET_RANGES" not f'" and the Password Self Service also does not work against this system.
