1805121 - Error: "Unable to get the first page of the current report - Web Intelligence will switch to structure view (WIJ 20003)" when trying to open the WebI report.

In Aix:

When trying to open a WebIntelligence (Webi) report in an AIX Fixpack 5.3 environment, InfoView hangs and the report never opens. At this time, the WebIntelligence Processing Server appears to go into a state where it takes up all available CPU and never stops. This requires a restart of the service.

When trying to edit the same report in the Java Report Panel, it also hangs when loading.

In Windows:

Opening the same report in the DHTML viewer in a Windows Fixpack 5.3 environment, the error "This document does not contian any reports. (Error: INF) appears.

When trying to edit the same report in the Java Report Panel, the report opens to a blank page and when switching to "View Structure", the error "Unable to get the first page of the current report - Web Intelligence will switch to structure view (WIJ 20003)" is seen.

This same report can be opened and edited without any errors in earlier SP/Fixpack versions.
