Symptom

  • Tab is missing while viewing the Web Intelligence(Webi) report after upgrading from XI 3.1 SP3 to XI 3.1 SP5.
  • While editing the report, the tab is visible, but getting the error "Unable to get the first page. Web Intelligence will switch to structure view (WIJ 20003)".
