1805239 - BPC 10 NW uploading files with UJ0_FILE_UPLOAD replaces IS_MSP value in table UJ0_AUTO_UPDATE for all files uploaded in the same instance

Symptom

Program UJ0_FILE_UPLOAD will replace all previously uploaded files values for IS_MSP column with the latest IS_MSP value (Full Installer/Update File) in table UJ0_AUTO_UPDATE, if these files are uploaded during the same instance/session of UJ0_FILE_UPLOAD.
