1805662 - Enter a value for attribute error in PI transport

Process Integration (PI) Communication Channel (CC) Change and Transport System (CTS+) transport fails with the error below.

The examples are for the File Adapter and the RFC Adapter, but this error can be thrown for any adapter type.
