1806163 - Analysis for OLAP Fails to connect to MSAS 2008 perspective when a hierarchies with a display folder value contain "\" and java exception shows up.

Symptom

  • Try to use a connection to an specific perspective from MSAS 2008
  • The existing amount of attributes are 150 on this perspective however the number it does not make any difference.
  • The following  java exceptions comes up "cube.get.dimension.info.runtime.error:java.lang.ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException:0"
  • If certain attributes or hierarchies are selected on the perspective then it works.
