1806213 - Error Message During Upload of List Price Template

You receive error message "Changing key fields not permitted; record already exists" when uploading a list price template.

Fill in the data in the list price template and upload the file to the system.

You are using the exact same file previously used to upload (successfully) list price data into the system.

After the Excel template is used to upload data, a few technical fields (columns B, C and D), which are hidden by default, are filled in the Excel file. When this file is saved to your local machine, it is saved with these technical fields filled in. When you reuse this file to upload data, the new modifications made by you are passed to the system's backend alongside these technical details, which triggers the reported error.

If you still want to use the same file to upload data, you first have to unhide the above mentioned columns, delete the technical values in the fields and then upload it.
