A pop up message appears with the text:

"Read error during PC upload,
Include file in PC application
Try again?"

when attaching a file with the GOS menu > Create Attachment service.

or :

GET DATA FROM KPRO error when opening PDF attachment in tr SOST or SOIN. (user dependent)
