Symptom

While trying amend user master data via SAP NetWeaver Application Server for Java (SAP AS Java) User Management application(<http/https>://<AS_Java_hostname>:<AS_Java_HTTP_port>/useradmin), the operation fails and the below error is logged in the default trace file:

[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.security.core.locking.LockException: Cannot lock at least one of the 4 locks for the owner <owner name>; it is partially used by the same owner.
