Symptom
- The navigation bar profile of CRM IC Webclient uses Recent Items Functionality.
- The link group 'Recent Items' cannot be seen. In certain scenarios, it is displayed but you find some malfunction in the system.
- The 'Recent Items' is not updated when you save and navigate from a transaction or End the Interaction using 'End' Button.
