Symptom

Random behavior when promoting content via CTS, for example

  • Having imported content into 'Test', the content continues to be imported to 'Test' even though the request was made to import to Production.
  • Promoting content to a second environment (Production, after having promoted to Test) does not appear even though the logs in CTS show otherwise.
  • Promoting content suddenly stops working for no apparent reason.
  • Promoting content suddenly starts working for no apparent reason.
