Symptom
In SPM UI, "Server error" message is shown when executing reports which have the Supplier dimension, or Cost Center and GL Account dimensions.
HTTPWatch log shows the following errors:
GET 500 error "INVALID_DATA_PROVIDER_HANDLE" when calling the <named query> datasource.
GET 400 error in HTTPWatch

POST 500 error
These messages indicate that the SPM front end cannot find the <named query> datasource.
