1807631 - Remove Trip Menu Item Does Not Appear in Dropdown Menu Open Expense Report

You want to remove an expense report. But you find the Remove Trip menu item does not appear in dropdown menu Open Expense Report so there is no way to delete it.

1. Go to the Travel & Expenses work center.
2. Move the mouse over an expense report then Open Expense Report dropdown menu button is visible.
3. Dropdown the menu but the Remove Trip menu item does not appear.

The expense report cannot be deleted because the associated itinerary in online booking tool is not canceled.

The expense report is generated because you log an itinerary in integrated online book tool, like GetThere. You cannot delete the expense report until you cancel the associated itinerary in GetThere.
