Symptom
- All publications fail after personalizing it with dynamic values. Error:"Service Provider is not ready, please make sure the connection is open. (CRS 300003) (FBE60512)"
- When scheduling the Publication to all recipients without personalization, it runs successfully
- When scheduling the Publication to exactly one recipient and using the personalization values (which comes from the dynamic recipient report) the Publication runs successfully
- When scheduling the Publication using all users from the dynamic recipient report using the personalized prompt values, it fails
- Assigning a fix value in the personalization, the Publication runs fine
- Assigning a dynamic value for one parameter, the Publication fails and returns the error message "Service Provider is not ready, please make sure the connection is open. (CRS 300003) (FBE60512)"
- Only when we changing the default parameter in Personalization option of the Publication, the issue occurs
- Issue occurs no matter which kind of dynamic recipient is used (WebI report, Crystal report, Excel file)
- Issue occurs no matter which source report is used
- Issue occurs no matter which destination is used
