Symptom

  • The enrollment of an iOS Device is sometimes fast and sometimes very slow.
  • Enrollments may fail but not cause an error message to be logged in the SAP Afaria message log or in debug tracing. An iOS device log shows a timeout when calling an Afaria iPhone server address.
