1808871 - Common Errors and Troubleshooting guide for SES search function - E-Recruiting

• Search returns no data or incorrect results- See Section A in Resolution Tab :
• SES job search or candidate search does not return any results in E-Recruiting.
• Search results are not returned with * or keyword search.
• Incorrect search results are retrieved.
• Errors in SLG1 indicate a problem with the search customizing or with the candidate objects.
• RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES/COM_SE_DISPATCHER jobs are not completing - See Section B in Resolution Tab:
• Change pointers are not being indexed.
• RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES does not complete in SM37
• Errors occur in SLG1 indicating concurrent services
• Objects are not indexed/problems with change pointer indexing - See Section C in Resolution Tab:
• Errors in SES_ADMIN
• Change Pointers are unprocessed  
• Problems with searching Attachments and Questionnaires - See Section D in Resolution Tab:
• Attachments are not found or questionnaires/cv's/resumes etc cannot be searched.
• Documents once updated are not retrieved
