Symptom

  • After successful configuring SAP BusinessObjects Life Cycle Manager (LCM) with SAP Enhanced Change and Transport System CTS+ as specified in SAP KBA 1762987, LCM promote with CTS throws error "Cannot get request or link to request web x for SID and User xxxx. please contact administrator."

  • Transport requests and other transport specific data is not shown, as such promotion to CTS is not possible as shown below:
