1809264 - Cannot configure Data Services Real-Time services for load-balancing

• Unable to use a load balancer with Data Services real-time services shared as Web services
• In Management Console on both machines, the real-time service can only be run against one Access Server.  This creates a single point of failure and does not provide load balancing. 
• There appears to be no way to reconfigure a published real-time service and assign it to a different Access Server.
