1809304 - How to display a Thumbnail image of a web intelligence report in SAP BI Mobile App in iPad ?

Symptom

  • The web intelligence report is no longer visible in SAP BI Mobile App in iPad after user enters and saves the location of the thumbnail image as C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\images\image.jpg under the properties -> keywords section of the said report in CMC.
  • Thumbnail image for web intelligence report is not reflecting in SAP BI Mobile App in iPad
