Crystal Reports Developer for Visual Studio

IIS Express
Cause
IIS Express is the default app server for all new asp.net projects.
It does not generate the necessary registry keys for CR to use/access IIS Express.
Crystal Reports Developer for Visual Studio does not support IIS Express and therefore users cannot use IIS Express with CR.
Resolution
In the VS 2012 IDE, user can change the app server being used for existing projects, and change the default app server for new projects.
