In the MM-SUS scneario you have created a purchase order (PO) in ECC and transferred it to SUS. If you use the block button in the MM PO to block an item, this status is not reflected on the SUS purchase order. It is also possible to create follow-on documents in SUS, eg. confirm the item with a purchase order response.
