Symptom
- In SPM 3.0 portal, clicking 'Send' button does not generate an email.
- HTTP trace shows followings
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><ns2:InvalidNotificationExceptionListDTO xmlns:ns2="http://xml.sap.com/2010/03/sbc/en/exception"><ns2:InvalidNotificationExceptionDTO><ns2:recipient/><ns2:message>Could not load virus scanner [Virus scan profile - does not exist]</ns2:message><ns2:errorCode>1</ns2:errorCode></ns2:InvalidNotificationExceptionDTO></ns2:InvalidNotificationExceptionListDTO>
- Alerts do not work after upgrade to SPM 3.0
- User does not get emails triggered by alerts
- No alerts in the SPM home screen under Recent Alerts.
- When clicking on "Open Work Inbox", nothing happens.
