1811647 - Unable to Report on Registered Product Serial Number and Warranty Fields

There is a requirement to add the Registered Product Serial Number, Warranty Reference Date, and Warranty Until Date fields to a custom report. However, these fields are not available in any of the standard SAP data sources.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center and access the view Design Reports.
2. Select New and then select Report.
3. In this new screen select a data source.
4. Note that none of the standard SAP data sources contain the fields Registered Product Serial Number, Warranty Reference Date and Warranty Until Date.

This feature is not yet available.
