Symptom

  • DS writes an incorrect syntax into the file $LINK_DIR/sldreg/sld_data_services.xml
  • DS publishes an incorrect record to SLD (System Landscape Directory).
  • Incorrect record is syndicated to Solution Manager. 
  • Monitoring template for Data Services cannot be applied to an incorrect technical system.
