1813061 - Not able to export or save the reports with ':' (Colon) in the report name to external formats like PDF, Excel etc. from user's inbox in BOE XI 3.1.

Symptom

In BOE XI 3.1, while trying to export or save reports in external formats like PDF, Excel etc. from user's inbox, the export or save fails with error: "The above file name is invalid." if there is a ':' (Colon) in the report name.
