Symptom
- Unable to save or open a report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
- It is possible to open or save reports to other folders from Crystal Reports for Enterprise.
- In Crystal Reports for Enterprise, when attempting to navigate to a specific folder to save a report to the BusinessObjects Business Intelligence repository, it fails with the error:
"There has been a problem logging on SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform.
An unexpected error occured. Please contact your network administrator.
Error: com.businessobject.sdk.biar.exception.SDKException$CreateObjectException: unable to create plugin object
cause: com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKException$PropertyNotFound:
The property with ID XL_QUERIES does not exist in the object.
details: Unable to create plugin object. The property with ID XL_QUERIES does not exist in the object..."
