1815291 - Stored procedure 'sp_config_dump' not found with Sybase ASE >= 15.7.0.021 for Business Suite

Symptom

Your Sybase ASE version is 15.0.7.021 or higher.

Following the instructions from SAP note 1588316 and running stored procedure sp_config_dump to create a dump configuration fails with:

Could not execute statement. Stored procedure 'sp_config_dump' not found
Specify owner.objectname or use sp_help to check whether to object exists.
