Symptom

  • You try to generate an OLAP universe based on BEx and obtain the following error: "Error getting hierarchies for dimension 0INFOPROV (Cube <cube name>/<query name>)"
  • You perform integrity check on an existing OLAP universe based on BEx and obtain the following error: "Error getting hierarchies for dimension 0INFOPROV (Cube <cube name>/<query name>)"
  • You refresh the structure of an existing OLAP universe based on BEx and obtain the following error: "Error getting hierarchies for dimension 0INFOPROV (Cube <cube name>/<query name>)"
