Symptom
- When user specific print control settings (transaction OID3) are maintained for all users, the general print control settings (transaction OIDG) are ignored for all users.
- Depending on the settings maintained in OID3, it might result in unexpected shop paper selection when the users print orders.
- It may result in message "No user-specific shop papers are defined" being raised when printing an order.
