1815924 - Data Services read alphanumeric values from Excel sheet as Null

• The input Excel sheet has one or more columns with 'general' format.
• The column contains a few rows with simple numerical values in those columns followed by a few empty rows (read as Null by Data Services) and then an alphanumeric value.
•  When Data Services reads from the column it also reads the alphanumeric value followed by Nulls as a 'Null' instead of reading the actual value. 
• The Column Format in Excel is General and the column includes numbers and alphanumeric values
