Symptom

In Strategy Management 10, an initiative is not printed successfully when submilestones exist: instead of generating the pdf file for printing, after a short time the Initiative page is displayed again. No error is returned in the interface. The same behaviour occurs with initiatives newly created in the current version 10.0 and with initiatives migrated from previous version Strategy Management 7.5.

Initiatives with milestones but no submilestones or one submilestone only are correctly printed.
