SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
Created a CName (DNS) on top of the two Business Inttelligence Warehouses (BIWH) DW01 and DW02.
I have then pointed our Universe Parameters connection to point to the CName.
So, the Network team will be able to point the CName to either DW01 or change to DW02 on Demand.
When the CName was switched by NOC, Business Objects is not picking up this change.
