1817086 - How to assign Business Role and solve message "Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role"

Symptom

Sometimes, e.g. after system upgrade, we can't logon CRM WebUI Client, and system shows below message "Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role; contact your system administrator".

This is because the business role is not assigned, has been wrongly assigned, or the business role has the wrong naming convention where spaces or special characters are used in the name of the business role .
