1817517 - BI 4.0: BI launchpad Documents tab gets renamed when multiple documents are open in Modify mode

Symptom

  • Documents tab in BI launchpad gets renamed the same as an open document, when multiple documents are opened.
  • The issue occurs only when using right-click > Modify, Java Report Panel.
  • The issue doesn't occur if you already have an active browser session opened and BI launchpad opened. To reproduce the issue, you MUST launch a new browser window and launch a new BI launchpad session.
