1817551 - MBO creation for MS SQL Server backend results in Exception in Workspace IDE - SUP 2.x

Symptom

When trying to create the MBO in the Mobile SDK Workspace IDE for a MS SQL Server 2008 Connection, the following error is displayed:

"An internal error occurred during: "Generate Mobile Business Object".
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver"

The exception occurs when trying to create the MBO - the first step (ping to the Server, displaying some tables from the SQL Server) works fine.
