1818691 - Unable to schedule concurrent Crystal reports using CSV file as data source

When scheduling multiple concurrent recurring schedules of a Crystal report using a .csv file as the data source, some of the recurring schedules fail with the following error message(s):

"Error in File ~tmp137c7642519b4e70.rpt: Database Connector Error: 'HY000:[Microsoft][ODBC Text Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file '(unknown)'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data. [Database Vendor Code: -1032 ]'"

and / or

"Error in File ~tmpc4764704b7c217.rpt: Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: -1032 ]"
