Symptom

When using prompt summary/ query summary predefined functions (prompts are on numeric object) in a web intelligence report, numeric data appears in comma separated format (eg. 13,000,000) in BI 4.0.

Whereas in BOE 3.1, it appears without commas (eg. 13000000).
