1820416 - Error: "Only one appraisal document allowed" not displaying at creation of second appraisal document

Symptom

'Appraisal Document Creation Check' of an appraisal template is configured to allow 'Only One Appraisal Document' or 'Only One Appraisal Document Without Appraiser Check'
No error or warning informing that a previous document exists at initial creation of second appraisal document utilizing appraisal template, having the same appraisee and appraiser combination
Error message: "Only one appraisal document allowed" is displayed after data has been input for second appraisal document
