1820488 - UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT shows login window or authorization check failed for authorization object S_RFC in SM37

Symptom

When running program UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT in foreground mode, a logon screen is prompted for the user executing the program.

After user types user credentials the following message is thrown:

Authorization check failed for authorization object S_RFC

Or

An exception with the type CX_REMOTE_APPL_ERROR occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause

No RFC authorization for user 001/TEST (UJN_API_GET_MPRO_DETAIL).
