Symptom

  • RUNAS ERROR: Unable to run - cmd 1385: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer
  • Scheduled program objects fail with error message
    • Could not authenticate using the provided operating system credentials
  • SAP SSO using SNC cannot be configured and it will not work as expected
  • The Windows Domain service account set to run the SIA, cannot be used to logon in remote desktop on the BI4.0 server (Interactive Logon).
