Symptom

  • Change database configuration to use custom database and point to a different database server.
  • Schedule or view on demand a crystal report that contains a formula.
  • The following error message is received when refreshing or opening the instance: "Error in formula Font_Color: '// This conditional formatting formula must return one of the following Color Constants: ' This field name is not known. Details: errorKind"
