1822350 - Invalid Session error and Core Dumps getting generated after installing Fixpack 5.3

Symptom

  • On UNIX based environments, WebI reports fails with the following errors-
    • From View Mode - Error "WIH 00013 - Invalid session. Please close the browser and log on again"
    • From Java Report panel - Error: "The session timed out. The document <document name>.wid has been autosaved in the Favorites~WebIntelligence folder. Click Restore to retrieve it. (Error: WIJ 60001)
    • From Rich Client - #ERROR is displayed
  • Issue appears after installing FixPack 5.3
  • Web Intelligence Processing Server recycles and core dumps are generated.
