1822724 - An error is received when doing an advanced Search on a date range in Infoview

• When searching for any report using advance search and selecting the option 'Search by Last modification Time' and put the date range as: Start (M1/D1/YYYY) - End (M2/D2/YYYY) getting the error ''The start date must be before the end date''.
• The condition for the date selection is that D1 should be larger than D2 to reproduce the issue.
