1823253 - LDAPRC004 - Maximum number of find results exceeded

Symptom

  • Manager details are not getting fetched from LDAP user detail data source.
  • Attempting to perform a user full sync from the LDAP connector, the following two messages return from the LDAP server:

LDAPRC 004 "Maximum number of find results exceeded"

LDAPRC 011 "Maximum number of entries to be searched was exceeded"

  • In the SLG1 logs, the following message is found:

"User Adapter is empty"

  • In ST22 the dump may occur:

    TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED on function LDAP_LIST_ATTRIBUTES
