1823333 - Database objects TMP_EXTENTS and I_TMP_EXT cause problems

Symptom

You carry out a task in your system and the task fails due to database objects TMP_EXTENTS and I_TMP_EXT.

Example:

BRSpace fails with an error similar to:

BR0740E Tablespaces are not self-contained due to the following violations:
Sys owned object I_TMP_EXT in tablespace <tablespace_name> not allowed in pluggable set
Sys owned object TMP_EXTENTS in tablespace <tablespace_name> not allowed in pluggable set
