Symptom
- It is slow when opening a report with saved data in Crystal Reports.
- It takes a long time to refresh a report in Crystal Reports 2008 or in Crystal Reports 2011.
- Refreshing, or opening the same report in Crystal Reports XI R2 or below is much faster than in Crystal Reports 2008 or Crystal Reports 2011.
- When attempting to edit a conditional formula in Crystal Reports 2008 or Crystal Reports 2011, it takes a couple of minutes to display the formula, but when opening the same conditional formula in Crystal Reports XI R2, it displays the formula right away.

Reproducing the Issue
- In Crystal Reports, create a report off any data source.
- Add a large number of parameters and conditional suppression on the reports.
- Save the report with data.
- Open the report in Crystal Reports XI R2 or below.
- Take note of how long it takes for the report to open.
- Open the same report in Crystal Reports 2008 or above.
- Notice it takes much longer to open the report with saved data.
